Certificate of Conformity for Agricultural and Fisheries Machinery
Certificate of conformity (CC) is a certificate issued by the Bureau of Agricultural and Fisheries Engineering (BAFE) which guarantees that the agricultural and fisheries machinery conforms with Philippine National Standards (PNS)/Philippine Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering Standards (PAES) or other relevant standards identified by BAFE.
Permit to Operate Application
Permit to Operate (PTO) is a privilege granted to any Manufacturer, Fabricators, Assemblers, Dealers, Distributors, Importers, and Exporters (MFADDIEs) that have passed the review, inspection, and evaluation conducted by DA-BAFE and DA-RAED and is allowed to engage in a particular line of activity which include manufacturing, fabrication, assembly, distribution, dealing, importation, and exportation of agricultural and fisheries machinery.

National Agricultural and Fisheries Machinery Assemblers, Manufacturers, Importers, Distributors and Dealers Accreditation and Classification (NAMDAC) is the categorization of agricultural and fisheries machinery assemblers, manufacturers, importers and suppliers, distributors and dealers into small, medium, and large based on their organizational strengths and track record, area of operation, marketing and distribution network, after-sales service and manufacturing capabilities.
Bureau of Agriculture and Fisheries Standards
The Bureau of Agriculture and Fisheries Standards (BAFS) of the Department of Agriculture is mandated to develop standards for agriculture and fishery machinery, tools, and equipment in coordination with accredited testing centers, and other concerned government and private entities.
